Argoed Hall is a grade 2 listed Victorian mansion house overlooking the river Dee and the beautiful vale of Llangollen. Each of the four wings that make up the Hall have been painstaking refurbished and converted into modern townhouses by the present owners.
Many of the original features have been retained and sympathetically integrated with modern day facilities such as luxury kitchens and bathrooms.
Each Wing can accommodate between 7 to 11 people.
Argoed Hall is located just outside Llangollen in the village of Froncysyllte and whilst enjoying a secluded position it is but minutes walk from the World Heritage Site with the historic canal and walk way networks and Brunel's famous aqueduct, village pubs, and post office.
There are many activities within the local area such as golf, Bangor on Dee races, fishing, a varied range of outdoor pursuits and the well known International Eisteddfodd. Evenings out are a delight at the local wine bar, or venture a little further to a Michelin starred Country House restaurant..
The historical town of Chester (with its famous racecourse), Shrewsbury, Wrexham and Snowdonia can be easily accessed.
The grounds spread over some 3 acres are designated historical and consist of lawns, sunken gardens, massive fir and beech trees and woodland.
